Mental is the organization of your emotion.
If your mental is stuck the feelings (energies in motion) will also be stuck... and therefore unable to move physically.. this is where we need to understand the connection, growth or development that happens between mental, emotional and physical bodies. The Mind,body,soul connection starts at day 1 of being born. It's only when we've come from a place of not understanding, that we have programmed our shame, blame and punishment for conformity in our beliefs/program.
